Your obviously well informed comments are really appreciated. Sometimes I'm so happy to see that there is a steel tip board that I just pass that along, knowing the conditions for actual play make the site much more useful. Thanks, again.

I made it over to the Little Bar a couple of weeks ago for the cricket tournament, but wasn't too impressed with the board setup.

The boards aren't very good (SportsCraft?), are thick-wired and in poor lighting. Add concrete floors to that equation and you've got bent/broken shafts thanks to bounce-outs.

The bartender must use the door between the throw line and the bar on a semi-regular basis, interrupting your game every now and again. Granted, the bartender's a great guy, I don't want to accidentally shoot him in the cheek.

I recommended better boards (such as the DMI Bandit or Unicorn Radius) and rubber mats. Granted, this place has good people and is a great hangout, just know the board setup could be a lot better.

I got a good feel from your brief descrption that it's a friendly bar for young professionals. Also, with the cricket tournament, there's a social energy, making it a true "local" pub.
